New Practice Members at LightWave Chiropractic
We look forward to welcoming you to our LightWave Chiropractic family! When you have booked your initial appointment, we’ll send you a link to our practice member portal, where you can manage your appointments and complete your initial paperwork prior to your first visit.
We’ll be conducting a posture exam, so it’s helpful if you wear shorts or pants and nothing too baggy or billowy that will obscure your posture.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, Dr. Nick will greet you with a tour of the office and explanation of our procedures before sitting down with you for your consultation. During this conversation, he’s interested in getting to know you, what’s been going on with your life, and what was the tipping point that prompted you to seek care NOW. He explains our approach, and the fact that we are not focused on “fixing” something that’s wrong with you, but rather on helping your body heal.
Your examination will include a posture assessment, spinal screening, and nervous system scans, including a heart rate variability test. Our assessments are not intended to diagnose a condition; instead, they gather information to determine how well your nervous system is functioning and adapting to the stressors of life.
Your Second Visit
At your Report of Findings, we recommend you bring your partner, spouse, or anyone who participates in your health and financial decisions so they can be a part of the results review process to better understand our findings and recommendations. After reviewing your findings, you’ll be invited to experience a complimentary NetworkSpinal entrainment. Dr. Nick will then explain his recommendations for your personalized care plan and discuss your options for investing in your care. Plan to be here for about 45 minutes.

We accept all major credit cards, HSAs, FSAs, CareCredit®, and checks.
We do not work with insurance; however, we will be happy to provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.
